Responsibilities for Personal Trainer:

Consult with clients to understand fitness and nutrition goals .
Create and implement comprehensive training programs.
Network to grow your clientele and training book of business.
Provide tips and advice on improving form and achieving their goal.
Maintain training equipment, studio cleanliness and safety.
Develop a good rapport with clients and have an empathetic attitude.
Provide clients with regular feedback regarding progress.
Request google reviews and referrals from clients quarterly.
Follow all Standard Operating Protocols.

Qualifications for Personal Trainer:

Certified as a personal trainer.
College degree required.
Sales experience a plus.
CPR/AED
Proven experience working as a personal trainer.
Available to work mornings, nights, weekends. The client schedule drives your schedule.
Excellent social, verbal and written communication skills.
Impeccable customer service and client focus.
Strong working knowledge of fitness training and exercises and able to demonstrate proper form and technique.
Enthusiastic and passionate about fitness and health.
Maintain physical fitness levels at all times.
